Software Industry Promotion Agency (Public Organization) or SIPA has 3 missions:

1. To develop skills for software developers for specialization in high level technology.

2. To create software-developing jobs, network solutions jobs, service based jobs that use software, and other relevant businesses such as training and consulting.

3. To create and expand the domestic and international markets for software industry.

      Phuket ICT Business Directory is another project that helps stimulate job opportunities and hiring, and expand the market for software in Phuket. The compilation of contacts in software, hardware, computer equipment, Internet Service Provider (ISP), other services including network solutions, animation, and relevant businesses is to be used as a reference and database for anyone of general interest in computer and technology.
